Went to the Caribou Restaurant & Wine Bar tonight to try their new midweek trattoria menu. It was well worth the trip. The flatbread was delicious, the ceasar salad was great as usual and our entrees were outstanding. When we arrived, I asked our server (Fabulous server) if I could have a little taste of the cheese sauce that was to be served with the gnocchi since the menu indicated there was Gorgonzola in it and I don't care for it. To my surprise he told me the dishes were made to order and I could order it without the Gorgonzola. I did just that and it was so good. The sauce was really delicious and the gnocchi was light and pillowy. We finished off with Nutella semifredo which we were really too full to eat. This price fixe menu was between $38 and $42 for full size four course servings (2 choices for salad and desert and Four choices for entree). Absolutely delicious and can't beat the price!

Being a good cook myself I have trouble finding locations to eat that cook as well or better than I. The Caribou was great from the green salad dressed perfectly to the delicate and delicious dessert all served to with a polite and attentive waitress Hillary. I highly recommend the Caribou.

Fantastic meal! We both ordered from the Trattoria di Caribou four course menu and the food was delicious. Portion sizes were much larger than I expected. Service was excellent as always. We will be back!

We had a great time, our server, Nicholas, made the evening just perfect. The filet my wife had was cooked to order, my pork chop was delicious. The sparkling wine was a nice surprise and much appreciated. Looking forward to our next visit.

Please bring back complimentary hummus with flatbread. Misto Frito was odd tasting, and obviously from a frozen bag. All members of my party were physically ill the next day, and that misto frito was the only food that was shared. Waiter tried to convince us that misto was prepared.fresh in kitchen, then admitted it was from a frozen bag.

My husband and I always enjoy going to the Caribou to celebrate special occasions. We love the atmosphere and the food is always fantastic. I highly recommend the pork chop, salmon, and tostadas!
I have seen so many reviews, stating that the noise level is very high and I have noticed it before, but this last experience was exceedingly loud! It is unfortunate that I could not even hear the person across the table from me because of the noise level. It really detracts from the excellent food.

Excellent everything. We have dined all across the US and believe this experience is as good as it gets. Great staff, balanced cocktails and superb food. Quality wine list. Recommend to anyone who appreciates fine food and cocktails.

The Caribou staff were exemplary. They catered to all our needs, even finding us "to report that maybe our car lights had been left on". Haha. Our waiter DJ was very friendly. answered our questions and recommended items on the menu, we might enjoy. The food was fantastic and my husband loved the wine. We've already picked out menu items for our next visit to the Caribou.
