The two people working at the window had no idea what was going on they tried giving me a second order instead of my drinks and Then I found plastic in my burger, I do not recommend

The drive thru order taker hd trouble understanding can i get a larger drink? And simple questions. She never took my code so i could get points. She requires better communication skills.

We tried a Chicken burger & some fries with a drink.Everything was fine except service was bit slow.The food was fresh we liked the burger & fried.Price are reasonable. Overall good experience.

The staff here tries hard. This location seems to struggle with serving orders. They would do well with a dedicated team member for that position.
We got 4 chicken burgers and 2 fries. Apart from 2 burgers which were piping hot, rest of the food was extremely cold.

This was such a poor experience. I’ve been here twice now in a week. First time the latte machine wasn’t working. The restaurant was freezing when it was only 15 degrees outside and the lettuce wrap was as two single small pieces of lettuce. Today the latte machine still not working and my order was given to another customer. Poor service, will not be back. Also it’s more common than not that the latte machine doesn’t work. This seems like a systemic issue that needs to be dealt with.

We had a very disappointing experience at A&W with a supervisor named Lovepreet. The way Lovepreet spoke to customers was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of being polite or helpful, their rude attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, which made the visit very unpleasant. Good customer service is important in any restaurant, but unfortunately, this was not the case here. I truly hope the management addresses this behavior and train this supervisor to deal with customers nicely , because no customer deserves to be treated this way.Thank you!!
