Great service, helpful. Restaurant part was clean tables wiped. Great presentation. Kitchen was not as clean. But for the most part organized. Bathrooms where clean and had soap.

I came here yesterday (08/04/25) around 5:15 pm. I ordered a few buddy burgers and didn’t notice mold on the bun until the very last bite. I was holding it with the wrapper so I didn’t get a good look at the whole thing. I’m not sure how much mold I consumed yesterday and I don’t really wanna find out. 0/10 will not be coming back

I had a very disappointing experience at your location on yesterday, Tuesday for lunch. The service was far below expectations, and what made it worse was the attitude of the front lady supervisor on shift. She was rude making the entire visit uncomfortable. As a customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue, as this kind of experience reflects poorly on the A&W brand. Overall the atmosphere and new interior is good. Thanks

Poor customer service Entered at 9:52pm There was a girl and a guy standing there They said we are closed I said but google shows you guys close at 10pm She said no, we close 15 min earlier Never heard of that in any A&W store Poor customer service I Hope management looks at this and take necessity steps to resolve this Thank you

L food quality; burger was cold and buns were stale, fries were stale and my chicken strips were cold too ???? Definitely not worth 40$ for 2 meals.
So the one by super store never has the frozen rootbeer ,smoothies or ice so after the 20th time I think I finally have given up and will act like that one doesn't exist to me ! The best thing about a and w is the frozen rootbeer and when i cone to town I want ten ,we'll maybe not ten , but at least 1 so it always a disappointment when after hitting the super store we go over just to find out their machines down! The only thing that's consistent there is the constant disappointment I feel finding out no frozen drinks ,or ice in a pop. Booo

I went here order 4 buddy burgers kids meals with cheese and had to pay for adult meals then when i asked why the drinks were so big did kids meals it took 5 minutes to be refunded but not fully i paid with debit and then i was given $15 back in cash for all I know the guy stole money from me and was told he couldn’t understand me. Then I was sent out of the drive threw to while I was waiting I was complaining to someone in my car that this whole thing was was insane the same guy came outside and told me it was inappropriate to complain about their service and wouldn’t leave my car for me to leave so I got extremely upset and my passenger had to yell for him to get away from my car. I will never come to this location ever again!!! I am allowed to be upset for him calling me a liar, telling me I don’t speak properly when my first language is English and trying to hold me against my will!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN will i Ever come back.

The POS system did not work properly and no-one watched the system as purchase went through but nothing printed. I had to go on my app to prove the transaction.
