Excellent concept, food and staff
On our first visit here after getting our food cooked and sitting down the manager came to our table and suggested we take a second bowl since we didn't get enough on our first pass. After watching people go through the grill line and him pointing out a heaping bowl to aim for we understood the assignment. A totally different, fun experience. The challenge is to see how much uncooked food can be loaded in your bowl before given to the cook at the massive, round cook surface and then watch your food being grilled. Our server was polite but not attentive. Didn't get our drink order correct - which is the server's primary responsibility at Mongo's!

Mongo's Grill | Mongolian BBQ offers a totally different, fun experience. Guests can heap up as much uncooked food as they want into a bowl, picking from great food choices that cover the food groups. The challenge is to load the bowl before handing it to the cook at the massive, round cook surface to watch the food being grilled. The food is super fresh and tasty, with amazing quality and plenty of variety. The service is great; one server was polite and quick, and the staff are friendly. The place is clean and welcoming with lots of seating. While one server was polite but not attentive and got a drink order wrong, the atmosphere is great. The restaurant can get busy, causing a slight delay, but the team keeps it light hearted and fun. A tip is to use lots of sauce; do not stick to the recommended seven scoops if the bowl is piled high.
