the food is always great and well managed establishment.
Always has been lacking in customer service, constantly forgetting items in orders, but today was my deciding factor if its better to just go somewhere else, ordered two combos, and out of the two drinks, one had a slight taste of mold in it, went to pour it out, and saw large, flakes of what looked to be black mold. 😡😡This problem seems to be a reoccurring event in smaller (short staffed and lower effort) establishments in Thunder Bay but this is a first for me from Arby's.
Absolutely, always the best service. The manager at this location is excellent.
I had a coupon I didn’t realize was invalid, he gave me a discount anyway. Amazing!! A+++ service. And the food is always hot, fresh and great.
