Went to Bean Fiend and immediately noticed the welcoming atmosphere. We went in there with the intention of getting a latte and heading out, however the owner offered us a sample of the soup and it was amazing! We had to get some. Everything about our experience there was positive. I will definitely go back!

The best place for a cozy meal ❤️ I can’t go on enough about how truly wonderful The Bean Fiend is. The food is always homemade & delicious - the soups in particular!! The staff are so welcoming and kind. And the environment is homey and comforting. A perfect spot to go read a book & drink a tea, or meet a friend for lunch. 11/10

What a find! Delicious food & beverages. Attentive service. Cozy atmosphere. Free wifi & parking. And a gorgeous bookstore next store! Can’t wait to return.

There was a sad toddler there, upset that his baby brother was getting all the attention and the owner of the restaurant sat down with the kid, cheered him up, and explained how he himself is an older brother and it was real nice. What a nice place. Lots of vegan options and my god the food was good. If you're reading this, definitely go support this little local restaurant instead of grabbing the same burger or wrap you usually do down the street.

My friend and I decided to come to the Bean Fiend this morning. We found a seat at a booth and it was very comfortable. There was an outlet at my table so it was very convenient for me to plug in my laptop. The staff were extremely friendly and inviting. I ordered an iced london fog, the service was super fast and the drink was phenomenal.

Great little coffee shop with a nice little menu. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They used locally sourced foods, where they can. There is a patio or front and back. I had a cappuccino and the in house mugs are very nice. They do take out as well. If you are looking for a good coffee, a nice atmosphere, and friendly staff this is the place to go.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp at the front door so this place is wheelchair accessible.

This is a great little spot for breakfast or a quick lunch bite. We ordered coffee, but decided to buy food after talking to the owner for a little bit. He recommended the Diablo sandwich. We had that with the taco soup, and the toasted bagel with apricot jam. It was incredible. The Diablo was the perfect amount of spicy flavor. Will definitely come back if in Thundaer Bay!
