1 week ago the sandwich we ordered was nut free. you added cashews without changing the online description, we are now dealing with a medical emergency because of this. allergens are serious and if you want to change a recipe fine but LET CUSTOMERS KNOW!

Their sandwiches might be the best in Thunder Bay. The “Paul” is killer. Love all the local offerings as well, and the pricing is pretty reasonable considering the quality of the food. Excellent service always. We live close to the Bay/Algoma area so really enjoy walking there to get lunch. I wish there was more seating though; we would probably go there more if we could go knowing there would actually be somewhere for our small family to sit and enjoy a meal.
