today June 20th 2019 at about 4:15 PM i ordered two strawberry storms that were more like ice cream soup and were were only about 7-10th full. that's an 18$ bill will a tip. was going back to work SO I could not return it. unacceptable as it was more like a watered down milkshake than a fruit smoothie.

Memorial avenue Thunder Bay made aweful smoothies today at 545pm est. Two regular size, both runny, and one cup about 80% full. Very disappointing!
