Excellent customer service
I had a really nice experience at this A&W today. The food came out super quick—in less than 5 minutes. The cashier, Olivia, was very friendly and polite, and she took the time to chat with us and make us feel welcome while she worked. I also noticed there was a small delay with another customer's drink, and she handled it so well, apologizing sincerely and fixing it right away.
