“A decent wait… but they were busy and tayo went out of his way to ensure we understood the time it would be and I can say without a doubt I will/would return solely due to the positive and uplifting attitude demonstrated by this individual… I would hire him without a doubt and I’d be happy to do so… god bless and have a good night“

“Nice clean place. After 2 days on the road, wanted something simple and convenient, not a sit down restaurant.
Our subs were made very well, nice, neat and tidy and delivered right to our table.
Well done. Thank you!“

“The food was tasty, and the customer service was friendly. The staff were polite, and my order was prepared well.
The only downside was that I wasn’t allowed to use the washroom to wash my hands, and I wasn’t given a reason, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, it was a good experience.“

“Highly recommend this restaurant! Only had take out (haven't dined in), but the food is delicious, they are on top of adhering to allergies (no cross contamination), and the food is delicious and big portions for a fair price! The chicken teriyaki on the kids menu is so good - my child and I both love it and such a big portion we can share it! Definitely one of my favourite restaurants!“

“Whenever I want onion rings, this is the perfect place to go to. Thankfully i had the place to myself so it was quiet and cold which is my favourite environmental vibe 💅🏻✨ also pairs well with the Nashville spicy chicken sandwich. Nobody can see me struggle except the ppl at the drive through because I picked a corner seat with a giant window out of all the free seats in here. Anyway 10/10, the onion rings are the highlight of my experience here.“

“Covid guidelines are being followed. Good food. Only 5 people allowed inside at any given time, excellent service.“
“Ordered medium size grilled chicken rustico pizza. It's been ages since I have had a pizza from pizza hut. Since I was visiting Thunder Bay I decided to give it a try. I wasn't disappointed, it was delicious with large chunks of chicken and soft crust the way I like it - easy to chew. It was a walk in order and ready in 15 minutes.“

“Overall, the service and experience was amazing. I loved the chicken sandwich I got. The veggies were fresh and crunchy and the flavours of the dressings were complimenting each other. Especially thanks to the subway team for being quick, efficient and careful while preparing my order. Will definitely order again!“

“Came to this location for the first time. Well done! The quality of the food is excellent, and the place has a fresh and nostalgic neo retro ambiance. In an age when companies become more calloused to customer satisfaction, when an established business actually does something this pleasant and customer focused, it has to be recognized, and rewarded.“

“I wont lie, I felt bad because I ordered really late at night, but the guy who answered at the call center was so chill and nice about it! The food was good as always and it came at a reasonable time too. Props to Pizza Hut for never letting me down on a late night snack“

“Really lovely, polite staff at this location. The food has always been hot and fresh when I order from here. I only do drive thru so I can't speak to the indoor atmosphere, but they do really need to shell out and replace their broken signage.“

“Pizza Hut never disappoints! I tried their veg pizza with pan dough soft, well-cooked, and full of flavor. The manager was polite, and the cook did an excellent job with great care. As a vegetarian, I loved the fresh veggies and quality options. Great food, great service and highly recommended! 🍕“

“this particular time was just a road coffee (honestly use this location 2 times a year on our annual road trip) and have never have a bad meal or service. by way of cleanliness this location is the top 3 locations across canada that i have visited.
October 2025 definitely needs to shout out to cashier Libby and white shirt Kathleen for the best customer service!“

“Pizza Hut can be very good or very bad depending on which staff are on shift. The last 2 medium pizza's that I ordered were meat lovers and a vegetarian. Meat lovers had little toppings and was burned and the veggie pizza tasted extra salty and bland. For a cost $75.00 I do not recommend this Pizza. However, when specials are offered such as 2 large for $30, and/or the Wednesday Canadian 1/2 price deal, I dont think you can beat these guys for quality pizza. The positive from my experience is that the service is super efficient and professional. 2 thumbs up 👍 👍 4 of 5“
