“Went with my son who has an egg allergy. The staff member said that they don’t have eggs so he will be fine. I explained mayo is eggs. I asked if they could change their gloves and have clean surface to prepare meatball sub. Staff did this and my son now has a new food option for eating out!!! It was delicious and safe which is hard to find. Thank you so much. 😊“

“I had an amazing lunch at this Pita Pit location and it totally blew me away! I ordered the Chicken Souvlaki pita sandwich and it was absolutely delicious—so fresh, so flavorful, and packed with all the extra veggies I love.
Huge shoutout to the team too—they were friendly, welcoming, and even know regular customers by name, which makes the whole place feel extra special. That kind of service really stands out!“

“Overall, the service and experience was amazing. I loved the chicken sandwich I got. The veggies were fresh and crunchy and the flavours of the dressings were complimenting each other. “As a former manager of subway I can safely say this is the best location in Thunder Bay! I really wish I had the staff that the Red River road location has now! Pat is phenomenal and my new favourite is “Cole” he is such a good kid and has a great sense of humour.“
