“I don’t live inTBay, but have roots here. Never been to a Firehouse Subs. Went today and had a great experience! Ordered a Montreal Smoked Meat and asked for a pickle bucket. She went above and beyond to get me a bucket. Not sure exactly how, but she found me in the dining room(mid sub) and said she has a bucket! The sandwich was excellent (as well as the pickle) My only complaint which I can live with is my vehicle smells like dill pickles from the bucket! A1!“

“Stopped in for a pita, got a pita. Communication issue with the cashier ended up with incorrect ingredients on the grill was corrected promptly when I pointed it out. Food was good, service was passable and atmosphere was ok.
