The KFC on Cumberland offers a satisfying dining experience with tasty food and excellent service. The staff are friendly, warm, and cordial, going above and beyond to assist customers. The food is fresh, served at the right temperature, and the menu options are explained with patience. While the restaurant's facilities could use some updating, the overall experience is absolutely amazing, making it a great choice for those craving fresh, well-served meals. The team's professionalism and genuine enthusiasm create a memorable visit.
The food is piping hot and fresh, delicious, and the customer service is top-notch. The dine-in experience is worth it, with courteous staff and crispy chicken, hot fries, and clean tables. The restaurant is clean, the staff are friendly, and the orders come out fast, making it one of the better KFCs in the area.
