I've been to Boston Pizza multiple times with my family and I shall say it has one of the best services among other restaurants that I have been to in Thunder Bay.

The food was below average at best. My well-done steak came out drier than the depths of hell, the mashed potatoes were cold, and the coleslaw looked as if it was store-bought. I wanted to take my mom out to eat, but the service ended up being just as disappointing. The server took nearly an hour to serve us, and my mom didnāt even receive her starter salad. Once the food finally came out, the server didnāt check on us once š. When we told staff that the food wasnāt up to standard, there was no apology or compensation offered. For the price and the reputation of this place, the overall experience was far from acceptable. We left frustrated and unsatisfied.
Definitely wouldnāt recommend. Next time, Iāll stick to a local restaurant instead of wasting money on a big corporate chain.

Nice place but ā¦there is no way in this universe Boston Pizza would ever qualify for serving $12 beersā¦.insanity.
I have never had such bad service in my life. I ordered the Smokey mountain like I do every time. However this time the cheese looked like carrots thatās how cold it was, so I asked the server if we could get the cheese melted, and she replied it only comes out melted when itās been sitting under the broiler/ window. So Iām not eating my food because I donāt eat raw cold cheese and she goes āso like youāre not gonna mix it in?ā. Not worth the money if my food canāt even be hot and presentable.

We were on a ROADTRIP from Edmonton to Sudbury and stopped at this location both ways. The gluten free chicken club house was excellent! Our server Alissa was fantastic! Personable, friendly, knowledgeable and fun.

Ordered takeout. No interaction with me to busy speaking to colleagues. Hawaiian pizza ordered and was disappointed. Pizza was barely warm when we ate it few minutes later. Overall the pizza was not enjoyable.

I recently visited Boston Pizza and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the service. When our waiter served us, he practically threw the plates onto our table, which felt rude and unprofessional. What made it worse was seeing the same server being polite and attentive with other tables nearby, but not showing us the same respect.
The food itself was fine, but the way we were treated left a really negative impression. I hope management takes note because every guest should feel welcome and valued.
