From the moment we walked in until the end of our meal, Shawna provided outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the pasta options and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious — from the pasta dishes to the desserts — but what truly stood out was Shawna’s warm and attentive service. The surface was very slow. They dropped her off with menus and leave you for at least 20 minutes. Don't even come back to see if you'd like a drink of water. And the food was horrible on the delivery part. Staff was standing around, looking at us like we had 4 heads. We were waiting to get water drinks and order our food. ERIC is one of the worse servers I’ve ever had he said my order was excessive and refused to bring me my pop He said I can have a water to start why does it matter to him what I drink anyway I love Boston pizza but Eric was straight up awful
The waitress refused to serve us because I did not show her my ID card. She was extremely negative. The service is one star maximum. I came to eat with my wife and we ordered pizza and beer. The waitress asked to show her my passport. I did not have my passport with me, but my wife did. My wife showed her passport, but the waitress still refused to serve us. My wife is 28 years old. She can't buy a bottle of beer? I do not recommend visiting this place.

Great restaurant, been here multiple times eating in and takeout, one of the better BPs I've been to staff was friendly, food was hot and quick to arrive even when busy! It can get jam-packed when it's busy and quite loud at times but on a weekend that's as you'd expect from a good Boston Pizza

Seems like quality has taken a turn here in recent years. Entrée salad was tasteless. Alfredo sauce must come out of a can, just horrible. Pizza was nothing special and pricey. Pizza take-out is better anywhere else. Server was attentive. Sorry BP, but that's the facts.
