The food was below average at best. My well-done steak came out drier than the depths of hell, the mashed potatoes were cold, and the coleslaw looked as if it was store-bought. I wanted to take my mom out to eat, but the service ended up being just as disappointing. The server took nearly an hour to serve us, and my mom didn’t even receive her starter salad. Once the food finally came out, the server didn’t check on us once 😐. When we told staff that the food wasn’t up to standard, there was no apology or compensation offered. For the price and the reputation of this place, the overall experience was far from acceptable. We left frustrated and unsatisfied.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Next time, I’ll stick to a local restaurant instead of wasting money on a big corporate chain.

I have never had such bad service in my life. I ordered the Smokey mountain like I do every time. However this time the cheese looked like carrots that’s how cold it was, so I asked the server if we could get the cheese melted, and she replied it only comes out melted when it’s been sitting under the broiler/ window. So I’m not eating my food because I don’t eat raw cold cheese and she goes “so like you’re not gonna mix it in?”. Not worth the money if my food can’t even be hot and presentable.

We were on a ROADTRIP from Edmonton to Sudbury and stopped at this location both ways. The gluten free chicken club house was excellent! Our server Alissa was fantastic! Personable, friendly, knowledgeable and fun.

Ordered takeout. No interaction with me to busy speaking to colleagues. Hawaiian pizza ordered and was disappointed. Pizza was barely warm when we ate it few minutes later. Overall the pizza was not enjoyable.
I recently visited Boston Pizza and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the service. When our waiter served us, he practically threw the plates onto our table, which felt rude and unprofessional. What made it worse was seeing the same server being polite and attentive with other tables nearby, but not showing us the same respect.
The food itself was fine, but the way we were treated left a really negative impression. I hope management takes note because every guest should feel welcome and valued.

Boston Pizza at lunch was extremely busy and a little noisy, but our order was taken by an excellent server, Debbie, and we enjoyed our selections. The Grilled Chicken Clubhouse was scrumptious! We were seated and served promptly and would definitely return here in future.
