Famous ice cream restaurant in Thunder Bay. Still very popular and hard to find a parking spot. You can get soft vanilla/chocolate ice cream dipped in chocolate. Another great place to go when visiting Thunder Bay.
Went for a bike ride out to mission island with my girlfriend and decided to stop for an icecream on the way home since it was National icecream day. I had a twin cone and my girlfriend had the mango peach sorbet. Both were delicious and the service prompt and friendly. Can't go wrong with a stop at Merla-Mae.
