Recently ordered delivery. The pizza was good, but the take out beers have a weird cleaner smell of the outside/tops of the cans, that I noticed upon my first sip (even made it taste soapy) - had to rinse and wipe them off to remove the odour and soapy flavour.

We came in after a day of driving looking for some respite, we had a service dog with us and were feeling quite tense and tired from our drive! Our server Lindsey was an absolute angel, she was so accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about the menu, even modifying our meals to suit our dietary needs, while remaining positive, friendly, and reassuring throughout. My friend and I are both servers and it isn’t often we come across great and personable servers like this! She made our experience not only at Boston pizza but in Thunder Bay memorable, and we left with a smile after some yummy food. Would highly recommend this location, and a huge shoutout to Lindsey! Thank you for everything, you are a rock star, and a great asset to the BP team!

My husband filled out a questionaire in follow-up to a prior complaint and it has not been addressed after a week. It is apparently easier for a manager to defer your complaint to a website than it is to train staff and take responsability for ripping off patrons and properly addressing things.

Took kid here for bday today. Was told will get a coupon for a free kids meal (did not receive), the server charged full price for pasta despite promotion (6 extra) and despite the website saying caa is accepted they were adamant about not accepting any. Basically would need to do the servers job of reading bills, promos and basic service. With watching three kids you don’t have time to do the servers job.After a week of filling out the online questionaire as requested no response has been given or follow-up. Is the request to provide information just to try to deflect customer service requirements?
