“Came in for Star Wars bounty meal as according to management and Fort William rd location it comes with a collectors cup. According to signage my meal was one of 2 that is qualifying (and ive had this before) and pricier. The employees debated like salaries depended on it to the point it got escalating as the male (aran or arkan)desperately contradicted everything. I knew another employee and we spoke of something else while the other male and female spoke in their own language with gestures. This location always messing things up. Also, while I waited a lady came out of the washroom saying it was disgusting and she couldn't even sit down. Good think o dont eat bk often......have to go to fw rd or Arthur st if I do. Staff needs to be better here.“

“Food is great, but the staff are too slow. Had to wait exactly 28 minutes in an empty store for my big fish meal. Told me to park right in front of the door but I wasn't going to do that anyways and when the lady came out she was like park in front of the door next time not in the parking area. Could you imagine parking right in front for 28 minutes?? That's literally going to block the traffic. They are too lazy to walk out of their store to bring the meal to your car if they want you to pull over!“
