I pre ordered a cake and when I got home I realized it had the wrong icing. I had asked for buttercream but it had whipped icing instead. A quick call to carols and they offered to remake the cake the same day with the correct icing. They were very understanding when I explained the issue. Thanks Carols for going above and beyond.

I ordered the cake at the very last minute from carols cake , and I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect — but wow, it turned out amazing! Not only was it ready on such short notice, but it looked beautiful and tasted even better. The cake was super moist, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. You’d never guess it was a rushed order — the quality was top-notch.

I have been going to Carol’s Cakes for years and have never been disappointed until recently. Purchased the classic carrot cake which was very dry, almost seemed like it was a few days old.
