Guy who works drive-through before 6am is very slow. He has zero hustle.
I had a good experience at Tim Hortons. The staff were friendly and helpful, the service was quick, and the food and coffee were fresh. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would recommend other to definitely visit.
We had a great experience at this Tim Hortons drive thru, thanks to Shovit! (Could be little wrong for the name) He was incredibly friendly, energetic, and welcoming. What really stood out was that he remembered us from our last visit, which made us feel genuinely valued as customers. He also made sure we got fresh steeped tea, and you could really taste the difference. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and Shovit made our visit a great one. Thank you for going...read full review

Tim Hortons is known for its consistent service, providing a welcoming atmosphere day and night. The location is praised for its friendly staff, always willing to assist customers. Customers appreciate the fast and friendly service, and any order mistakes are quickly resolved without hassle. The store is clean, well-organized, and professionally managed, with a special mention for the leadership team. Many visitors enjoy the breakfast sandwiches and soups, and some have found the food better than other fast food chains. The establishment is wheelchair accessible, being a ground-level location. Evening staff, especially the manager, are seen as welcoming, professional, and always happy to greet customers with a smile and by name, making the experience feel friendly and homey. The drive-thru can be rushed and sometimes less friendly in the mornings, with food quality varying, but overall, this Tim Hortons stands out as one of the best in Thunder Bay.
