We had a great experience at this Tim Hortons drive thru, thanks to Shovit! (Could be little wrong for the name) He was incredibly friendly, energetic, and welcoming. What really stood out was that he remembered us from our last visit, which made us feel genuinely valued as customers. Always go at night for my caffeine fix and the staff who work the window are always cheerful and provide excellent service, in the morning same thing in the shop and unlike some locations the Waterloo location has NEVER messed up my order. Hands down my favorite Tims location to visit by far
