Ordered some blizzards though skip. They were melted but that was expected.
Also a chicken sandwich.
It was Burnt, dry and the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever tried. One bite and in the trash. Ice cream fine. Do not order food from here.

I always order cakes from this location as they are very thorough in ensuring safety for my gluten free kids. The cakes are always beautifully decorated and absolutely delicious. Best service every time.

Very clean restaurant, went in to buy my son a icecream birthday cake 🎂... the staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and professional and also did a great job with the writing on our cake!!! Thx everyone! Keep up the hard work and stay safe!

Someone’s 4 year old child was walking around the kitchen area shoeless and hitting devices and kitchen equipment with a fly swatter. I genuinely wish I was making this up, I have no idea. Food was fine tho

I ordered a salad with chicken. The lettuce barely covered the bottom of the container. The chicken and croutons were soggy because I guess they forgot to drain off the water. I asked them to change it. They were just going to recook the cut-up breaded chicken fingers and rinse off the lettuce and thrown on more croutons. I said no thanks, I'm not eating this, and I want a refund.......

I thought the other DQ on Southern Ave was bad, but this is sooooo bad. Didn't even try any ice MILK .......

I went to use tap at the drive thru to pay for my order and the server rudely shoved the debit machine at me insisting I go through the prompts for “tipping”. I just want to tap, it’s fast food, no tip required. Stop it.

Food was mid, extremely overpriced, place looks run down and old, the service was horrible, forgotten items and no customer service, don’t go here it should be shut down, all you get is arguments at the window for terrible food, would never go here
