Iβve ordered from Guac Mexi Grill multiple times through Uber and the wait times are consistently way longer than they should be. This is now the 3rd time Iβve come in to pick up during my lunch break and the staff were not busy at all, but still refused to prepare the order any faster. Today, even after I explained that I was on a limited break and asked if they could make it sooner since they were free, I was told they would only make it according to the Uber estimated time (20 minutes). The staff (Tirth and another person named Viraj, I believe) clearly heard me and still chose to delay it.
This has also happened to my friend, so it isnβt a one-time issue. It feels like thereβs no courtesy or effort to provide good service even when the restaurant is not busy. I would like to speak to the owner or manager because this is unacceptable. If this continues, weβll likely stop coming here and will choose another Mexican restaurant instead.

What truly stood out, however, was the service. The staff members were warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. They clearly put care into ensuring every customer has a great experience.

Went to Guac yesterday for the first time, it was DELICIOUS. This place is so well taken care of employees were awesome, food is fast and tastes soooo fresh. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner as well and he was so kind and caring to his staff and customers. 10/10 KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK

No idea but the food smelt good but never got to order. Stood in line for about 5 to 7 minutes and watched one staff cook. Didn't even acknowledge me waiting . Adios or whatever the Punjabi word for goodbye is was needed. Went next door to A&W!

Guac Mexi Grill was such a great find! My spouse and I are from Southern California and eat Mexican food pretty often, so we're a bit picky when it comes to flavor, seasoning, and freshness. This place reminded us of Chipotle in the states.
Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made to order. I had the bowl and my spouse had the chicken tacos. Loved the options and that the fajita veggies were made right in front of us! The chips and queso were also great and well seasoned.
We've tried a few spots in Thunder Bay, and both of us agreed that Guac Mexi Grill was much better than Nortenos. The portions were generous, the toppings had that authentic, bold taste we've been missing, and the service was quick and friendly. If you're craving Mexican food in Thunder Bay, this is the closest we've come to the flavors of home in California.

Really enjoyed this place! Just the right amount of spice, plenty of options, and great for picky eaters who might not want everything on their food. You can pick and choose which toppings you like, so I was able to get my food exactly the way I like it! I recommend the queso, itβs pretty good! Nice staff and a clean eating area as well.
