My go to place whenever back home and craving TBay Chinese. Recently ordered 2x meals for 5 and there were plenty of leftovers. Their chicken balls have a thin tasty coating with lots of juicy meat. Most places are just batter. I’m not a fan of ribs but I always get some of their bon bons too - it’s a TBay thing (they’re that good). A Thunder Bay institution!

Excellent food and service Chicken balls are solid pieces of chicken. Food was hot when picked up still very warm when I got home. My order was ready exactly when I was told it would be ready to pick up. Top of our list for dining at home.

I can't say much for the atmosphere as it was pick up only but the food was not good. It seemed like the egg rolls were microwaved ...so greasy! same with the wontons. The soup lacked flavour and the noodles for the consommé were not the normal good ones you get with consommé at any other chinese food restaurant. Sorry, but the only good thing was the nice person that took the order over the phone.

Oh my God! This place is unbelievable. The flavours blew my socks off. The first bite had my mouth singing and humming instantly and automatically. I had the curried beef but substituted the meat for tofu. The chef is a real chef. The flavours were complex and so far from those ordinary fake fast food Chinese places. This is a real gem. I’m so glad I found it! I’m already so excited to get their next dishes. The flavours were still brewing in my mouth way after I finished the meal which tells me that the chef is highly trained and authentic. Yay! Finally! A real Chinese place in my town. Oriental Gardens - bye bye! Hello my new love - Ling Leeeeees!!!

Well, I got the chicken ball fried rice, wonton combination dinner and it was all right, but very bland and my other half got the wonton soup and literally the broth was so bland 2 or 3 wontons that were all dough and a couple sprigs of green onion. Very very disappointing but I guess that’s what you get for wonton soup. I don’t know, but I almost feel like she stopped caring About the flavour of the food! the service was great, but the flavour was just not there. Sorry but that’s just my opinion.

Food is excellent and service is top-notch! Ordered 2 dishes and a soup and they added an order of chicken balls and fried wontons, no charge! The chicken balls by the way, are the best!! Huge chunks of chicken with a thin crispy batter…none of this 90% batter garbage you normally see. 10 out of 10, recommend!!

Currently take out only, big portions (easily for 2 meals). I had ordered the combo#2 and a small wonton soup - enough for 2 meals. The host is kind and very accommodating! You know the food is good when there’s a steady stream of local people getting their Chinese food fix :) definitely would come again next time I’m around
