We arrived 1 hr before close. Very few people in the restaurant. Took some time to be seated by friendly staff member. Waited some time for our server and even longer for two beers as the bartender was too busy talking. Our server was very pleasant, however, hadn't brought us napkins and cutlery. Our food was served and we had to find cutlery in order to start eating. Ribs and fries were tasty. Wings were hot and cooked well but had little flavour. Not sure we would stop again.

Paid over $50 for lunch for two people. Very quiet and empty restaurant. It has lots of sports on the TVs but the sound is only music from the speaker system. The food is overpriced, the menu choices arent very good and it's mostly fried foods. The maple bacon burger special tasted just like a Wendy's burger. The server was quiet and didn't explain the menu or chat with us about the food or seating. If the food or atmosphere was better it would have been ok but paying that for what we got was disappointing. The whole experience was depressing.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. My brother and I had “Big Mike” burgers and they were overcooked and positively tasteless. We figured that there had to be something special about a $24 burger, so we went for it. What a mistake! I can honestly say that a McDonalds 1/4 pounder with cheese has way more flavor.

Thank you to McKenzie, Donna and the staff at Mike's. We had a medical emergency with one of our friends, the staff calmly called an ambulance for us, kept checking on the situation. Very professional, kind, and attentive. Thank you very much for making a super stressful situation a little more manageable.

To bad as this place is in the hotel parking lot and convenient. Ordered steak and mushrooms/onions. Mushrooms came unwashed and were covered in “dirt”…Steak was very poor cut and most of it uneatable. Won’t be back
