Had a great time at Montana's . Very nice service we had 2 orders of full stack ribs and an order of chicken wings. The server was amazing. As first timerts at Montana's , we did have a great time.

The service was bad. We never got the appetizer we ordered and that has never happened before. The server made a very inappropriate comment about Scene points when the bill was being paid. First time either of these things have happened.

Usually we have good service here, but unfortunately not today… The waitress (Monica) ignored us most of the time, and yes I mean ignored us “Could I please get a refill” (The one refill we got, with the bill, because she never once came back to offer us one) No response, just whipped the cup out of our hands and threw it on the tray, then walked away. But hey the food was decent!

Montana’s has been amazing! We once had a small misunderstanding about their pet-friendly policy due to some wrong information shared by staff, but the manager, Sylvie Pouliot, personally reached out to me. She was extremely kind, professional, and took the time to understand what happened.
We went back last week, and both the team and Sylvie were absolutely spectacular. Excellent service, warm hospitality, and a great overall experience. Thank you, Montana’s, for always making things right and making us feel welcome!

Yummy food and employees was very friendly and nice
I made reservation for low table due to kids, and got high table. Place was packed, all you can eat ribs special that I was unaware of. Very noisy as we were on bar side. Food took a while to come but it was not server fault, also order was a bit mixed up. Server did ok job under the circumstances.
