Mr.Sub staff on Memorial in Thunder Bay are amazing!! They were so much Fun. Will definetley go there whenever i am in the city! You guys are the best and made our day.

Mr.Sub offers a mix of customer service experiences. The food and in-person service can be excellent, with the food always super fresh, made to perfection. The staff is superb, friendly, and accommodating, always serving with a big and bright smile. The ambience is nice, and it's a clean place with quiet music. Customers love the quality of subs and sauces, like the sub 68 sauce.
The staff is always pleasant, funny and very attentive, and customers have zero complaints. The team is praised for resolving problems, even with order accuracy issues, especially with deliveries. Customers always recommend this location as the BEST Mr.Sub in town.
The staff, including Miriah and Shyan, are very great and helpful. They guide customers about new sauces and many more new items in subs. Customers who have tried the club sub, heated in a panini press, found it delicious, even though it could have stayed in a little longer. The young man serving was really kind, clean, and very good at his job.
