We went through the drive through, service was very friendly and helpful! Even when my Wendy's app wasn't working they still honored what the app said (could see my coupon) Food was delicious. We are not from Thunder Bay but love visiting. Service like this makes us keen to visit again
I went to the Mr. Sub down the road, then walked into this Wendy’s, sat down with my friends and enjoyed the best sub I have ever eaten. I would recommend coming here purely for the atmosphere and relaxing Sit down enjoyment. thank you.
Tasty 🤤

Wendy's offers a classic chicken burger combo along with soft and chewy chicken nuggets. The prices remain affordable compared to other places. The restaurant is known for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and quick service. Recently, customers have highlighted the positive energy of the staff, with reports of no delays and a smooth experience, even during busy times like rainstorms. While there may still be occasional issues with the bathroom being locked and minor inconveniences like waiting for fries that arrive lukewarm, the chicken strips and burger are often good. The kitchen can sometimes be messy, with old fries and wrappers on the ground, but the staff is usually kind and apologetic for any delays. Some customers have enjoyed special items like the Krabby Patty Collab for Spongebob's 25th anniversary. Overall, Wendy's remains a decent place for a quick meal, with good deals and tasty food, and many appreciate the efficient and friendly service.
