My wife (Nine months pregnant at the time) ordered a Dave's famous double combo with fries and a drink. Being hungry, she got halfway through her burger before discovering it was raw. Following this she became violently ill.I filed a complaint with Wendy's and recieved an automated apology e-mail... the Manager of this particular Wendy's eventuality provided a lack luster apology and several poor excuses as explanation. Oh and a full refund for the improperly prepared meal.

I came into Wendy’s to grab dinner and firstly when I couldn’t pick what I wanted and needed a few mins the lady who was serving me got mad and rolled her eyes because I asked for no lettuce in my toco salad because I thought it was a traditional toco salad with ground beef but it wasn’t it was salad in a taco bowl. She said “ can’t make a salad with out lettuce” and she yelled that at me. So ok moving on I picked something else out a different salad and I asked for extra meat and bacon and cheese . I didn’t mind paying the extra. So she took the salad sent it to the back than slammed into a bag rights side up so the bowl opened everywhere in the bag. So I asked her for my money back and she started saying this isn’t fair your salad is fine and continued to fight with me. I said please give me money back so I took a picture of her to show Wendy’s head office. So she did end up giving my money back and chased out of the store yelling go to hell than got the general manager to come in the store and look at the cameras. So she and the general manager seen I had my work hat on and later on that evening they followed me to my work showed up and demanded they talk to my supervisor. I ask them to leave 4 times and they wouldn’t. I was even at work when I went there to get food so why would they need to talk to my boss. I wasn’t at work. I almost lost my job because these 2 people came in after they followed me there and made. Huge scene at my work during the dinner rush. This happened at Wendy’s on memorial ave Thunder Bay. Something needs to happen. They cause me stress and now I’m scared there going to show up to my work again. and going back to them coming to work and demanding they talk to my manager. My work has nothing to do with that situation. The worst part of it is I can’t even complain to the manager because both the general manager and the manager showed up at my work.. please fix this I need to know I’m safe from them.

Awful experience. Server at the window wouldn't even make eye contact. Had to wait at the window for confirmation that we had everything because couldn't tell through her attitude. Was left with a "have a great day" and a dirty look.Fries were stale and under-portioned, fountain drink was warm with no ice. How do you mess up a fountain drink?

I ordered a classic chicken burger combo which comes with fries and drinks. Along with that I also added 10 pcs chicken nuggets. They are soft and chewy and it tastes good as well. The price is less when compared with other companies.

I reported ths conditions to board of health as to the disgusting lack of cleanliness. I'd suggest until they get their act together avoiding eating here . To me it is clear that the owner don't know how to clean and maintain a restaraunt or motivate their staff to maintain reasonable standards.

Had been facing issues while ordering from the app. Contact us on the app is not functional so tried speaking with the Manager of the store. Didn’t know they could use profound language infront of the customers.Exact words of the manager“you want to order from here too and then ask me about the issues on the app as well” - WHO AM I SUPPOSED TO SPEAK WITH IF THE NUMBER ON THE APP IS NOT IN SERVICE?Also while leaving could hear her speak the f word and speaking ill to her staff.As much as I enjoyed having Wendy’s, also it being right next to my workplace, the managers attitude and language will never make me go back again or have Wendy’s until am in the town.
