Absolutely wonderful! Best salad I ever ate. I'm not really a "salad person", but a friend invited me here. I can honestly say I enjoyed this much better than any other "quick" food option in T-Bay. No pics of my meal since since I ate it so fast! I had: heritage greens + shredded chicken, gouda cheese + shredded carrot, roasted beet, marinated cucumber + ranch dressing + bread. Nummy-num-nums!

AMAZING SALADS!! We were visiting from Winnipeg and felt like salad for lunch. The salads were so good that we went back again the next day. Even my husband, who is a large 6’4” man, was full after his salad. The tahini dressing is the best!!

One of our favourite stops as we drive across the country. Delicious, custom, hearty salads. Order ahead online for even more convenience. Personal favourite combo is: mixed greens salad with shredded beets, shredded carrots, quinoa chicken, sweet potato and slivered almonds with the tahini dressing. It’s SOOO delicious. It’s WORTH GETTING OFF THE HIGHWAY. Stop reading this review and just go!!! (Beware, there is no cutlery provided though so bring your own!) $35 for two salads.Dietary restrictions: A few vegan salad dressing options. And lots of vegan protein options too.

Great locally owned and locally sourced restaurant. Great vibe In the restaurant and the food is always fresh. A little on the pricey side, two salads is $35 but I can understand why the food is all fresh and organic. The only downside, is the staff can be unfriendly at times.
I was on a trip in Thunder Bay and wanted something healthy but filling and tasty. And I found this place.The food was so good!!!OMGI had rice with chicken, cheese, and vegetables with a greek dressing. Products were fresh and tasted deliciousI will certainly go there again

Such high-quality ingredients and the salads turn out so good. I would recommend that people that aren't good at matching flavours get the recommended salads or ask for advice but, everything is exceptionally fresh and the dressings are delicious. The venue could feel crowded when it's busy to some people, if you prefer more privacy and space and go during peak hours I'd recommend getting it to take out.
