I want to support Canadian and local business, but this Robin's makes it impossible. They are always short staffed so the drive-thru takes way too long. It should not take over 10 minutes to make a tuna sandwich. It should not take over 10 minutes to get a coffee. Sometimes it is short-staffed, sometimes there is just no urgency. The food is still okay, but avoid this location if you want fast, friendly service.

Well, I love the Robin's in Frederica Street because I love the coffee there, also their service is great with a friendly smile I was not able to get my coffee from there so I tried I Robin's in Memorial, I ordered my coffee with 3 sugar but the coffee I got had no traces of sugar in it. Nor the coffee was good. I suggest Robin's hire better employees who are a bit dedicated. I know for a fact that Robin's coffee is better than TIm Horton's.

Ordered blt and coffee at 645 and the oven still wasn't turned on had to wait 20 minutes for bacon. Chunks of cream in my coffee had to ask for a new coffee. When we opened our bag once on the road our sandwiches were wrong. Bathrooms were dirty.

Disappointed for sure with the new ownership and staff. Only one person working before 9 and runs drive through, cash and cooks meals.40 minutes to get my breakfast is ridiculous. Also, the ladies washroom is always dirty and often out of paper. When I mention it to the employee, he just stares at me and doesn’t respond. Very unfriendly atmosphere and extremely slow. Won’t be back
