This Starbucks needs to improve on their customer service. I sometimes have to wait for as long as 20 min for my drink when ordering inside this coffee shop. There should also be a hook inside the washroom. I had to lay out my stuff on the dirty floor when making a trip to the washroom.

Worst service I have ever got. I asked for a refresher in the drive thru and the staff was saying that they can't make it the way I like but, the thing is I got the refresher from them only 4-5 times so I told them that I got it from yesterday many times... but, they were so rude and saying they can't make it ?. I don't understand how they can make a drink one day and can't make on another day.

Great experience here while passing through the city. I wish I had gotten the gentlemans name because he was so upbeat and friendly. Good customer service, drive-thru lineup went quickly and my drink and food were fantastic. I definitely recommend the spinach, feta and egg white wrap... delicious!

I try to give places the benefit of the doubt as I know its just a bunch of kids that work there. However, this is my sixth visit in a row and the service has been abysmal. The quality of drink is decent but the amount of time it takes for a black coffee to be poured should not take 15 minutes. I've witnessed other people wait patiently for upwards of 20 minutes for their drinks. How is that even possible. Stop taking peoples orders until you catch up. But of course you want to take the order so that people hand over their $$$. Who cares if they wait after that. The items were paid for and thats all that matters to Starbucks. The same goes for the drive through. It's so evidently transparent that the business model is to prioritize the drive through its laughable. Even so expect to wait in like for 15-25 minutes because the "barista" wants to ask about your day. stop asking about my day when there are 10 cars behind me in line. Go help your coworkers. Its getting embarrassing at this point.

Truly the warmest and welcoming staff around. Prompt service, friendly conversation and attention to each customer experience. Dine in or drive thru, you're met with a smile. It sure goes a long way. Thank you!

I guess this coffee establishment is NOT the place to get a simple easy black coffee to go! I waited about fifteen minutes, got told “I’ll do it when I’m not busy” okay, pouring drinks is a really tough job! They were not even polite about it. “you came on the wrong day” so unwelcoming and rude. Then when they were making my cup, they finally started brewing, it was the wrong type that I didn’t want because I get heartburn from that one. I gave up and left.

It’s doesn’t taste like shaken iced tea with lemon, when I go to another Starbucks in the city’s , it’s taste like cold , I don’t even feel the lemon at all , I don’t feel the flavour ?

Staff is fantastic. Was a 40 minute wait for drinks as there was a 20 car drive through line and roughly 30 people in the café, with 5 staff members working total, but we didn’t even care. Drinks tasted awesome and were made correctly, food was hot, and they handled an extremely rude and impatient customer with an ease I’ve never seen. Will stop in again next time through.
