Great experience here while passing through the city. I wish I had gotten the gentlemans name because he was so upbeat and friendly. Good customer service, drive-thru lineup went quickly and my drink and food were fantastic. I definitely recommend the spinach, feta and egg white wrap... delicious!
I try to give places the benefit of the doubt as I know its just a bunch of kids that work there. However, this is my sixth visit in a row and the service has been abysmal. The quality of drink is decent but the amount of time it takes for a black coffee to be poured should not take 15 minutes. I've witnessed other people wait patiently for upwards of 20 minutes for their drinks. How is that even possible. Stop taking peoples orders until you catch up. This Starbucks needs to improve on their customer service. I sometimes have to wait for as long as 20 min for my drink when ordering inside this coffee shop. There should also be a hook inside the washroom. I had to lay out my stuff on the dirty floor when making a trip to the washroom.
