I recently visited sushi station that left me utterly disappointed. Charging $26 for a Bento box is nothing short of a rip-off. The Salmon Teriyaki was hard, not fresh, and disappointingly meager in portion. Instead of being moist, flaky, and thick, the salmon was thin and dry. Furthermore, the broccoli served alongside was nearly raw and devoid of flavor, clearly undercooked. The amount of rice provided was negligible, nearly a tablespoon, which is laughable.
The teriyaki sauce lacked any redeeming qualities, and the salmon sushi consisted merely of shredded pieces, with no fresh fish or tangible protein in sight. The price was exorbitant for the value and taste offered. The udon noodles were bland and damp, far from being dry, smoky, and flavorful. Even the container was not filled adequately, adding further insult.
I urge potential patrons to save their money and visit authentic sushi restaurants that value fresh fish and quality dishes. In Toronto, places like New Generation Sushi or Sushi on Bloor offer a far superior experience. Unfortunately, the good people of Thunder Bay, with limited options, deserve better than this so-called sushi place, which is nothing more than an imposter. My first sushi restaurant experience here was truly disappointing.
Shockingly, it took them half an hour to prepare these dismal dishes, which any child could replicate by watching YouTube. It seems they lack a real chef or any discernible cooking skills. It appears to be a business focused purely on monetary gain through sushi marketing. Next time, I plan to try Wasabi on Arthur Street and hope for a genuine restaurant-quality experience with proper flavors and portions.
Always a pleasure. Ordering is simple with the tablet, occasionally we get a mixed up order but they are quick to replace or make it right. It's a bit pricey but for what you get in the all you can eat, it's worth it. Just not as often as we would like to be able to go
Crappy rice and nowhere does it say there new price of 40 per person instead of 25
Extremely rude staff. They won't let you enter if it's snowy outside....... usually when any owner reply they leave email address to discuss further. Guess shouldn't expect such professionalism. Any ways,I was in car for a while(since I was on call), I saw nobody heading my way. When I tried to open the door somebody handed the prder from inside the kitchen. So, you are just making stuff up so that you can look good.
Worst staff ever seen. I deliver food for doodash. Today i went to pickup the order. And there were 5-6 people were standing behind the counter and I believe 2 of them were employees. When i was leaving I thought to take a candy. But all of them start yelling on me that I can’t take it. We refuse to give. I repeat all of them. I would never go there even to pick up food. Worst staff Ive ever seen in canada. Arrogants.
We always enjoy going to this restaurant. Our server who i believe was Ursala was so kind and acomadating. The food was excellent as always
Went there tonight. They let us reserve a table for my daughter and I. Service was awesome, you order on a iPad thingy, but waiter was very helpful. Food was fantastic, and came out in 10min. The whole experience was great, not 1 complaint. Just perfect
Great spot, atmosphere and service was amazing. Super friendly people that more or less left us alone while we ate which was pleasant. The food was very good for an AYCE.
Best all you can eat
I love it here

Delicious takeout. Ordered online and their system was easy to navigate. Order was ready on time. Food was presented well and delicious. I especially liked the Nori in the Miso soup.
Food was amazing, love the Philadelphia rolls!
The food was good. If was complicated to order though. And I didn’t like how much personal information they wanted for take out.
Our go-to sushi spot in town. Prices are a little higher than I'm used to (southern Ontario) but comparable to other places in town and worth the price for the odd night out here and there!
Vegetarian options: Very small parking lot but I've never been there when it was busy enough for that to matter.
