The person I called to place the order was rude. Then my daughter got violently ill after from the food. Won’t go again. Service & food disappointing and I spent $80. ☹️

My husband and I went for a last minute dinner, knowingly going with the understanding it would be busy (Friday night around 6). My husband dropped his chopsticks on the ground, and we had to ask 3 times for a new set. I understand being busy, but it is still your job to be on things and maintain the restaurant. We had to continually ask for fresh water as well (which was warm may I add). Sushi was 10/10, as always. Ordered a miso soup and got it entirely cold. I couldn’t even eat it. Our waiter seemed rude, or overworked. Nobody asked how our food was or if we needed absolutely anything. Again, I will add the only time we got water refilled was when we asked. We also asked 3 times for more soy sauce.. The table beside us had a PILE of plates stacked up-maybe they got lots of food I understand that, but it’s staff job to collect them appropriately… Thanks anyways guys, not recommended on a busy night. Normally mediocre service when it’s NOT busy….

Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options and I enjoyed all of them.
I ordered “all you can eat” and waiting for 30 minutes to come up with Sashimi, they bring out the small first portion of order. I just wonder did they intended holding my food so I have to fill up myself with water and side dishes and other food which I order it behind. So hungry and upset!

We went there in the late afternoon; there were a few spots for parking. However, when you go inside the place, the first impression is it's simply clean, and the servers are so nice after that you receive a tablet where you can place your order and see the menu; it's probably the only place like that in thunder bay, with this innovation and the food was so fast even we were impressed. The service was outstanding, and the food so tasty

I happened to stop by because I wanted to have a delicious dinner on my way there. I was very grateful for the consideration of the male staff member who helped our family, from making reservations to greeting us and serving us. The food was also so good that it was one of the best sushi restaurants I've ever eaten. If I have another chance, I definitely want to come again.

My husband and I brought my brother and sister in law for dinner and it was their first time there. We ordered several rolls. 4 kinds of fish rolls and 2 kinds of vegetarian rolls (2 of each, so 4 veggie rolls total). All of our fish rolls came out and we ate them and they were delicious. However, after sitting for another half hour, we decided to ask if our vegetarian rolls were still being prepared or if they had been forgotten. Our waiter checked the kitchen and came back to say that they had made and brought these rolls to us. We were polite but also trying to convey that they never brought the 4 vegetarian rolls to us. All rolls we recieved had fish in them. The waiter then brought us only one of the vegetarian rolls we ordered while maintaining that he had brought all rolls to us already and said this one would be free. It made all of us very uncomfortable because we were being treated like liars, as he kept insisting he had brought it when he hadn't. When leaving, we were still charged the full cost of all rolls despite not being given all rolls. It was a great experience up until this unfortunate and awkward encounter.
