I recently visited Sushi Station with my family for dinner, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The waiter was extremely rude and unprofessional, and the service was handled in a careless manner. This was the first time I have ever faced such unpleasant behavior at a restaurant, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a special dinner with my family. We were so upset that we stopped our dinner in the middle and couldn’t even complete our meal. Instead of enjoying our time together, we were left feeling uncomfortable and disheartened. I truly regret choosing this place and will never consider going back again. A family dinner should be a pleasant and welcoming experience, but Sushi Station failed to provide even the basic courtesy and hospitality.

I just ordered from Sushi Station and unfortunately, that wasn’t a positive experience; I had no sticks nor fork at all with the order (I am in a hotel so I had to eat with my fingers), and I chewed on 5 scales and 1 bone (all from Salmon). I eat sushi regularly and that never happened to me before. I will not order from them again.

Food was alright, meat wasnt very high quality. Teriyaki rolls lacked flavor and almost every single food item does not match the images on the menu. although they did list item counts they were incredibly misleading size wise. Wait times for food were long and the singular server for 12 tables was incredibly rude. All drinks are pre-packaged. All tea is in bags and everything else is canned. Interior is decorated decently. Overall incredibly disappointing experience, nothing is even similar to the images.

Geez. Fresh in town and went here at 9:10pm. We were told right away that the kitchen will be closing at 9:30 for sit-in (and 10 for take out). We were planning to do both (sit, have a nice meal and take some to go) but it really felt like they were more eager to close than accommodate food for 4 people. The girl was friendly but she could’ve easily sat us down with plenty of time to take order and not make us feel bad right away. Total. Buzzkill.

Best for the buck AYCE in Tbay, $42 each.
Sashimi cut was too tiny, can be more generous, it’s all you can eat anyways.

Sushi rolls were good, tempura was good, sashimi quality was ok.
Fried banana, tofu tempura, Beef sashimi were out of my expectations!

Keep up the good work, it is recommended, don’t bother to try Wasabi & Seven, they are garbage.

Miso Soup - 4/10 very bland. Mediocre Tofu in the soup.
Sushi’s - 9/10 Pretty good, high quality rolls.
Mango Ice cream - 9/10
Purple ball desert - banger 10
Buddy beside us with their kid was trucking through their mom like it was a playground. Noisy kid. Playing with his mom’s tits like it was a drum - respect it though. Couple broads posted beside us, absolute yapping machines. Couldn’t keep on one topic. Overall it’s good experience

I recently visited sushi station that left me utterly disappointed. Charging $26 for a Bento box is nothing short of a rip-off. The Salmon Teriyaki was hard, not fresh, and disappointingly meager in portion. Instead of being moist, flaky, and thick, the salmon was thin and dry. Furthermore, the broccoli served alongside was nearly raw and devoid of flavor, clearly undercooked. The amount of rice provided was negligible, nearly a tablespoon, which is laughable.

The teriyaki sauce lacked any redeeming qualities, and the salmon sushi consisted merely of shredded pieces, with no fresh fish or tangible protein in sight. The price was exorbitant for the value and taste offered. The udon noodles were bland and damp, far from being dry, smoky, and flavorful. Even the container was not filled adequately, adding further insult.

I urge potential patrons to save their money and visit authentic sushi restaurants that value fresh fish and quality dishes. In Toronto, places like New Generation Sushi or Sushi on Bloor offer a far superior experience. Unfortunately, the good people of Thunder Bay, with limited options, deserve better than this so-called sushi place, which is nothing more than an imposter. My first sushi restaurant experience here was truly disappointing.

Shockingly, it took them half an hour to prepare these dismal dishes, which any child could replicate by watching YouTube. It seems they lack a real chef or any discernible cooking skills. It appears to be a business focused purely on monetary gain through sushi marketing. Next time, I plan to try Wasabi on Arthur Street and hope for a genuine restaurant-quality experience with proper flavors and portions.

Always a pleasure. Ordering is simple with the tablet, occasionally we get a mixed up order but they are quick to replace or make it right. It's a bit pricey but for what you get in the all you can eat, it's worth it. Just not as often as we would like to be able to go

Crappy rice and nowhere does it say there new price of 40 per person instead of 25

Extremely rude staff. They won't let you enter if it's snowy outside....... usually when any owner reply they leave email address to discuss further. Guess shouldn't expect such professionalism. Any ways,I was in car for a while(since I was on call), I saw nobody heading my way. When I tried to open the door somebody handed the prder from inside the kitchen. So, you are just making stuff up so that you can look good.

Worst staff ever seen. I deliver food for doodash. Today i went to pickup the order. And there were 5-6 people were standing behind the counter and I believe 2 of them were employees. When i was leaving I thought to take a candy. But all of them start yelling on me that I can’t take it. We refuse to give. I repeat all of them. I would never go there even to pick up food. Worst staff Ive ever seen in canada. Arrogants.
