Today I visited tim hortons at Sibley Drive in the morning. While i was waiting for my drink those girls working over there were talking so loudly in their own language and laughing at me which i found very disturbing because i felt they were talking bad about me. This is a Canadian work place and i felt it was so unprofessional. I believe they are talking in punjabi. Why are they left unsupervised during weekends?only a brown girl with braided hair in the drive through seemed to be working professionally.

Went through the drive through and ordered an extra large BLACK coffee, a large ice capp, a blueberry muffin and a pumpkin spice muffin. Went home to enjoy our snack, to find out everything was good EXCEPT…they added cream and sugar to my extra large coffee. Absolutely could not drink it and had to dump it down the sink. What a waste. Getting really tired of our drive through orders coming out wrong!!

I ordered a donut and a croissant at the drive-thru, and they put both in the same bag. I asked for a second bag, and the girl at the window blew into it to open it up, which was absolutely gross!!!!! The manager explained that she’s still in training, but I can’t help but feel disgusted thinking this might have happened with my previous orders.

While this location usually makes a decent coffee, the farmers breakfast wrap served to us today was pitiful. The sauce was in one location in the wrap so midway through it was an overpowering mouthful of sauce, the egg was somehow not in the wrap but just tucked in the end? The bacon was all clumped at the bottom. I thought they forgot it. $16.55 an hour and can’t even be bothered to put together a wrap half decently
