I ordered a donut and a croissant at the drive-thru, and they put both in the same bag. I asked for a second bag, and the girl at the window blew into it to open it up, which was absolutely gross!!!!! The manager explained that she’s still in training, but I can’t help but feel disgusted thinking this might have happened with my previous orders.

While this location usually makes a decent coffee, the farmers breakfast wrap served to us today was pitiful. The sauce was in one location in the wrap so midway through it was an overpowering mouthful of sauce, the egg was somehow not in the wrap but just tucked in the end? The bacon was all clumped at the bottom. I thought they forgot it. $16.55 an hour and can’t even be bothered to put together a wrap half decently

It was real hot out and I went in for ice water which is usually 10 cents which is still weird but whatever this time they asked me for $3 and when I asked why he told me just because you ordered nothing.... unacceptable... unprofessional...

I just wanted to say thank you for a great experience. Was travelling on business and compared to our Tim’s locations you are shining!! Even got asked for my name on my order. What friendly staff and great service. I understand completely why it’s busy. I’ll wait for better service and a friendly face.

I've been eating here a couple times a week for the last 3 weeks and the staff is great, they work fast. The management needs to really help them out with a more appropriate amount of staff. They're absolutely swamped in the mornings

The only other Tim's in town that trains their employees. The owner of the Oliver and golf links need to go get some lessons here. Because they suck bad over there

I visit this location 5 times a week, along with my wife sometimes who worked for Tim Hortons for over 20 yrs and am served by the same employee most of the time and just wanted to say something about how well the young guy does at his job even at the most hectic of times. I asked him his name is and he said it was Corey.

"While everything else about my experience at Tim Hortons was satisfactory, I must express my disappointment with the pizza I ordered. The amount of bacon on it was significantly less than expected, which detracted from my enjoyment of the meal. Consistency in toppings is important for maintaining customer satisfaction. I hope this issue can be addressed to ensure a consistently high-quality dining experience."

I always goto this Tim Hortons every workday morning and order the same thing. It always depends on who takes your order. But please Tim Hortons. If the person cannot speak clearly. PLEASE do not have them taking orders. Once they can by all means. But most times even something simple as one drink gets messed up because of the communication issues.
The staff were very fast, friendly and helpful.

Just the regular neighborhood cafe & fastfood outlet noted for its accessibility and variety. Most of the time, however, i would encounter a new face and wouldnt undertand what he/she was trying to say to me while taking my orders.
