Monday August 5, 2024. Employee at Window was rude and not friendly. She gave our ice caps by saying " Here". I had ordered at the drive thru 2 icecaps , employee talked over me as I was saying with the toppings. As soon as we got to the drive thru window. She handed us our ice caps with no toppings and said " Here". I had said that I had asked for toppings. The other older employee said " I never heard her say that". These 2 Employees were rude and not friendly and look very mad. Both Female Employees. Not good customer service.

It wasn’t friendly atmosphere, the workers looked annoyed because I ordered all teas for my family. I got yelled at for sitting on a chair. She didn’t say excuse me or please or thank you. She said “YOU CANT SIT THERE!!!” With no explanation why I couldn’t sit on a chair. She missed one tea and I asked for it, she had to check if I lying. I didn’t want to deal with her anymore I almost walked out because I can get emotional as I am over 8 months pregnant!
And I only ordered tea, I didn’t ask for anything else.

Its usually friendly there all the time when I arrived the staff is always smiling and having fun just as everyone else is. Only down side is the men's bathroom but hey we're all guys we can handle it ?

Disgusting ball of hair inside my coffee, not sure how it was missed dark hair in a white cup when, or hairnet?
They got my order wrong. When I went back in to get the right order the manager got mad at ME. I just wanted what I paid for. Horrible customer service!

The one older woman working the counter was weird. She had an older son outside with his bike and he was yelling and swearing about his bike to someone on his phone. Found that kinda off putting. I ask about the Halloween bucket and it was like pulling teeth. She could've been more helpful in letting me know about price and how many tidbits come in the bucket so she missed out on that sale because she was just weird and not very inviting so I just got a medium black 2 sugar coffee. That's it. Cheapest I've ever spent in Tim Hortons
