I am writing this review in hopes that the owner sees it and takes it seriously.

I recently went through the drive-thru to order two coffees and a bottle of water. What should have been a simple, quick interaction turned into a very disappointing experience.

When I pulled up to receive my order, I was handed a bottle of Coke instead of water. I politely clarified that I had ordered water. Shortly after, another staff member came to the window and, without greeting or explanation, pushed the debit/credit tap machine toward me. I was confused, as I had already paid using a Tim Hortons gift card. When I mentioned this, she responded that gift cards cannot be refunded — but there was no clear communication or courtesy in the way this was handled.

After finally receiving the water, I waited for the two coffees I had originally ordered. Instead of checking the order, I was asked, “What else are you waiting for?” in a rude tone. I then had to remind her of my own order.

I understand that mistakes can happen, especially during busy periods. However, tone and communication make all the difference. The dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were unnecessary and left a very poor impression.

As an owner, I’m sure you care about maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment for guests. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and used as an opportunity to reinforce positive customer service standards.

I just wrnt to the drive through and was giving the order and I wasn't sure so I just changed the order so it was a guy who was taking order asked very rudely that are you sure this time..if the Curtis unsure he or she can change so this tim hortons should improve customer service very well and inform the staff to behave good with customer and on the windows tried to tell him still he was arguing with us..very bad experience

I stopped going to this Tim’s after I got treated like shit and double charged because I said “no thank you” to a smile cookie, but had to return this morning because I was running late. To no surprise even after they acknowledged in the drive through that I only wanted 1 double double they somehow came to the conclusion to charge me for 3?! And when I caught it and said something I only got refunded for 1 of the coffees.. I guess just another sign to make coffee at home

This tims is my favorite one in the whole city. I love how helpful the staff is and how they remember their customers orders. I barley have to say anything and they just know.

We were there today and I saw a guy couphing hard wandering around , going from one counter to another ,he had his belongings at one table and I guess wanted to order more .There were many elder customers sitting there and I don't think it's appropriate letting one sick person walking all over the place couphing on pretty much everything .Please kindly ask these people to leave next time ,flu season is coming and with a potential treat of covid hitting back, I myself don't feel comfortable being in such an environment.

I accidentally left my bag at this café, and the staff were incredibly helpful and honest. When I called, they had already kept it safe for me until I could pick it up. I’m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to find such trustworthy service. Highly recommend this place not only for the coffee, but also for the wonderful people who work here!
