Its usually friendly there all the time when I arrived the staff is always smiling and having fun just as everyone else is. Only down side is the men's bathroom but hey we're all guys we can handle it ?

They got my order wrong. When I went back in to get the right order the manager got mad at ME. I just wanted what I paid for. Horrible customer service!

The one older woman working the counter was weird. She had an older son outside with his bike and he was yelling and swearing about his bike to someone on his phone. Found that kinda off putting. I ask about the Halloween bucket and it was like pulling teeth. She could've been more helpful in letting me know about price and how many tidbits come in the bucket so she missed out on that sale because she was just weird and not very inviting so I just got a medium black 2 sugar coffee. That's it. Cheapest I've ever spent in Tim Hortons

Is this the best Tim Horton's? No but it's not the worst either and no trip to Canada is compete without a stop at Tim Hortons. It s a pretty standard for what you would expect from chain. We stopped in midday on a Saturday and there were a few other customers, but it definitely was not busy or fall. They still had a huge variety of donuts and, since it's been a while since I've been in a Tim Hortons, I was surprised at how many lunch and food options they offered as well. we were there to simply get our TH fix on a trip up from the US so ordered some coffee (caramel toffee and red eye) and then a maple dip and a honey cruller. They hit the spot and we were on our way. Service was pleasant. The only item was that my partner noticed it was a little dirty in the seating area but I didn't notice since we didn't stay.

After seeing so many bad reviews I figure I should balance the scale. This tims is by far the fastest drive through in town. Even though you might have to line up on the street, they get you through quick. It also has the friendliest staff. Especially in the AM. All the ladies there are so kind and always make it a great experience. Unlike the other shops in town my order has never come out wrong here. Keep up the great work.
The restaurant was a bit busy. I went to the restaurant for breakfast this morning , ordered a bacon farmers breakfast wrap but the bacon was very wiggly, undercooked....maybe the person cooking it was rushed, I'm not sure.

something needs to be done about the workers. Every single time I’ve been here , and they’ve messed up an order they make it x10 worse again out of spite.One time when my mom complained , to “shut her up” they gave her 10 EXPIRED coupons(like 2007 expired)!!! Then she tried to use them and was basically laughed at. My poor mum.I’m sick of having to avoid the closest Tim’s to my house because of these grouchy workers.Happened again today. Made my coffee x10 worse because I asked them to remake it.
