I go to different Tim Hortons around the city and always get a large iced cap with an extra half a cream. I like the iced cap normal but I find 90% of the time they staff out waaay to much of that brown slush stuff that goes into it so adding a little extra cream is easier then asking them to remake it since I sadly drink about 4 a day :S today a very rude cranky old lady with grey hair and glasses took my order and I guess if they punch in 1extra cream it charges .50 but when it’s typed in as half a cream (which I want) it doesn’t. So when the price was higher then it normally is I told her of her error she told me very rudely that they have to charge for extra cream. I told her if that’s the case then why isn’t there an amount that comes up when they type in a half a cream. I have the example of buying a donut. There’s a price that comes up when you punch it in. And if they want to charge for a half a cream to put a price with it. She closed the window and walked away. Returned when I knocked and then told me this is the last time she’s doing this. lol. Then closed the window. Rude. I’m sorry you work at Tim’s at 65 years old. If you do t want to work with the public then don’t or get a new attitude, or retire.

In this Tim’s you need to request to a staff to press the wash room door button to use the wash room, I asked a staff who was passing through to press the button to use it , the manager of the Tim’s told me that staff working for the other side and not supposed to do that :)) I think it doesn’t make sense it is just pressing the button to open the wash room door,every staff can do that or should do that, rules are good but when it really doesn’t make sense not useful for customers at all , I just wanted to share :)

Multi billion dollar’s company and owner of this store trying to make money by cutting paper cost? No bags for 3 items I order in DT? Like what you want me to do, throw sandwiches on my car seats? 1 napkin? Closed window on face no apology , did not give me bag after asking for it?

Very poor customer service and lazy employees. I went there on November 13,25 at 2:45am. I waited 10 minutes in drive through line in -5 degree to get a coffee. Once i reached the window lazy lady told me she will not take my order. She told me rudely i should have car to order. Lazy rude lady found a way to avoid work. Owner and management should teach her how to be nice with customers or should fire this lazy lady so she can learn a lesson how to deal with customers and don’t ruin tim hortons reputation.
