The employee are really good, but they don't make the order you asked for. The previous day I got 2 egg and cheese farms sandwich and has brown they made the wrong sandwich or gave me the wrong order I called them they apologized and added my name in there book but today when I claimed it again they made the sandwich wrong š . It is a nice place just and friendly but they tend to not give you what you ordered

I was visiting from Toronto and the Tims from here is honestly the best I think I've ever had! Everything was so fresh and they really stack the sandwiches, the frozen drinks are perfect consistency, the hash browns were so crispy, the list goes on! The maple sauce they had is delicious!

Iām a regular customer at this Tim Hortons and always order the same thing a plain croissant with egg and cheese. Today, for some reason, I was given a completely different bun, and when I asked about it, I was told (very rudely) that āit only comes this way.ā Not only was that incorrect based on my regular experience, but the attitude and tone were completely uncalled for. Itās disappointing to be treated like this as a loyal customer, especially first thing in the morning. Everyone has bad days, but basic courtesy should still be part of the service. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the quality control and customer service.

Went through drive thru on an ebike (which is less like an actual bike & more like a moped) & was told that they won't serve me in the future because the owner's policy is cars only. No motorcycles, no mopeds, only enclosed vehicles. If my vehicle is good enough to drive on the road with regular traffic, it should be good enough to go through a drive thru. I haven't encountered this issue with other places, so I guess I'll give people in 'unconventional vehicles' a heads up to avoid this place
I recently visited the TimāÆHortons on Memorial Ave, ordered the Egg & Cheese Farmerās Wrap with scrambled eggs, and was surprised to receive one with baconāquite disturbing as Iām a vegetarian and have never eaten bacon before. I drove back immediately and spoke with Mike and Sahil, who were just as shocked as I was; they promptly refunded my order and offered me a free wrap. While I appreciated their professionalism, empathy, and speedy resolution, I still had to make the extra trip backāhence my 4āstar review. What could have been a frustrating mixāup turned into a commendable example of customer service.
