This tim hortons is the absolute worst they are slow and it took them 30 minutes to make a basic pizza they also decided to make other people's order who ordered after me and It made me miss 30 minutes of my movie. NEVER AGAIN THAT WAS THE WORST TIM HORTONS I HAVE EVER BEEN

Went in for something quick, stood in line for 10 minuyes with 2 customers in front of me, left after 1 customer served and the one cashier left to talk in the back. Went through drivethrough got served a little quicker, donut came right away but had to wait 5 minutes for a small black coffee which they got wrong anyways. Frustrating experience, try a different location or another brand.

I just have to say this was the worst experience I ever had with delivery from a restaurant. They made my order at 12:50 p.m. and the driver didn't arrive until 2:05 p.m. So instead of them remaking a coffee that sat for over an hour, they decided to let it go. This manger just wanted to yell at me over it and try to blame everyone eals.

They litteraly never have the food they advertise I even showed up an hour earlier then I usually would to get the breakfast item they tell me they have it and right as I'm about to pay they say nevermind actually, how can you be out of the same item every day every morning and still have it up on the menu stop selling the scrambled eggs if you never have them this is litteraly the 10th time in a row
I ordered bagel but the dip was missing. On top of that, the tea arrived cold and the sugar wasn’t mixed at all. I’ve ordered from this store many times, and unfortunately it’s the same issue every single time. I kept ignoring it and didn’t want to leave a review, but this has happened too often now. It’s really disappointing and it’s high time the store pays attention to order quality and consistency.

i first ordered my drink i asked for a brown sugar iced latte with NO ice and the server gave me a iced latte with extra ice never comjng back here, also my friend was short one dollar and the worker made her very uncomfortable and made her pay it i don’t really understand why cause it was only 1 dollar, and she had a gift card and the worker put so much second hand embarrassment on her by almost yelling at her cause she was swiping the wrong way. this is completely unacceptable. and and many of the workers were talking in the back instead of doing there job and the worker that was serving us was giving us very ignorant looks. best regards
