I WISH I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR FOR SERVICE...THE CASHIER AT DRIVE THROUGH WAS CURSING AT ME BECAUSE I HANDED OVER THE REFILL MUG....I GUESS HE HAD ALREADY MADE ME A COFFEE...I ALREADY TOLD ON THE DRIVE THROUGH SPEAKER I WANT A REFILL...HE EVEN CHARGED ME FOR A REGULAR COFFEE....I VAN LET GO OF EVERYTHING BUT THE CURSING IS JUST TOO MUCH ....

Always, mostly expensive but excellent to this extent I'm sure its worth mentioning that I am worthy of an opinion and mindful of what I can share about my personal experience in the Industry of Commercial Personal business as a customer service City Resident that's born in Canada with no bias to Tim's .. love it !Parking: Not enough parking , but two drive thru..I'm a drive thru Customer..love it ..when I'm known for my business behaviour now It's my business to say ..Smile! Thank you too ? .I'm concerned but happy-go-lucky ( auto? ) Great ...Mr. Google ! Catch that buck ?? OMG she's here!! So Thank you , spread this wealth THANK GOODNESS FOR REAL TRUTH ..you too !

Okay, I will waste another 2-3 minutes to write this review. We wanted to have coffee at 9:30 pm and decided to check which Tim’s will be open at this hour, as mostly shut down at 10 pm. We found on google that 3 were open 24 hours. And opted to go for this one as it was the nearest to us. We reached and the door was closed. The lady inside saw us but bluntly said it’s closed. We literally stood there 8-9 minutes hoping she would be courteous enough to give us something. We literally changed two bus just to get coffee at this place on a chilly windy winter night. But no one from this Tim was kind or polite in their customer service. Honestly speaking, we aren’t Tim hortons coffee fan & find most of the coffee products with no taste but bitter water & no flavour of coffee. We prefer TH because there no decent options of coffee in the city or otherwise. Tim Horton & staff really need to learn this big time after years of business experience that customers need to feel welcome when they visit your store & tolerates. Your brand is only active coz of the availability & NOTHING ELSE. You do have decent croissant & few bagel & donut (will give you that). So when a customer comes to your godforsaken store, learn some basic human manners, courtesy and decent as a human being, not as someone who works there. To show such etiquette will help TH as a business and also as the workers who will work at other brands in future. Thank you

My friends and I visit Tim Hortons at 310 Memorial Ave regularly during the late night shift, typically between 2:30 am and 4 am. Unfortunately, we've had consistently negative experiences during these visits, primarily due to an employee named Dariel who works during those hours. We have encountered several issues during our visits:1. Product Availability: Dariel often informs us that certain items, such as quenchers, cappuccino, timbits, and muffins, are unavailable, which is disappointing as we enjoy trying a variety of items on the menu.2. Quality of Hot Coffee: When we order hot coffee, it's frequently served lukewarm or cold, and it seems that the coffee isn't properly stirred, affecting its taste and overall quality.3. Refund Processing: On one occasion, we requested a refund due to a service issue, but the refund process was not handled correctly, and we have yet to receive the refund amount.However, it's important to note that there are days when a different lady is working during the same shift, and her service is excellent. She consistently provides us with high-quality coffee and a more positive overall experience.We visit Tim Hortons to unwind and refresh after work, but unfortunately, these recurring issues with service have left us feeling unsatisfied. We hope that Tim Hortons can address these concerns to ensure a more consistent and enjoyable customer experience during the late-night hours.

Depending on the time you visit this particular Tim's the food/drink won't be near as good & service is absolute sh!t. So idk how many stars 2give. When it's good it's rly good? when it's not it's awful.Not only do the ppl who work these certain times not know good English, they hardly understand you. They also don't know the menu so more often than not they give you the wrong items & they end up charging you way more.
