“Always a great experience at Tim Hortons! The staff are friendly, the service is quick, and the coffee is always fresh. I love stopping here in the morning — it’s the perfect way to start my day.”
Tables, as with other locations, were all dirty. When I asked the staff to clean my table, they took longer doing other tasks and I was left standing for a few minutes. This isn't enjoyable.
Also, when the table was finally cleaned, they were left wet. So, when I went to sit down and set my phone and coffee down, I had to grab napkins to dry them off myself.
I didn't pay for this.

My bag of food was filthy greasy tried to take a picture but they took the bag away.
I waited at Mobile order pick up locations for a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me. My food came cold.
