Susan at the Flying J Subway location was amazing. I watched her go above and beyond for the customer in front of me by ripping apart chunks of chicken so that they were more enjoyable in the quesadilla - the customer didn’t even ask, Susan just did it by her own free will. I was up next and she ripped apart my spinach and peppers without me even asking, to make sure that they would be easier to eat with my rice bowl. She was quick, friendly and efficient. Fresh ingredients, well stocked, well assembled sandwich. I had there new #8 the steak and bacon made the way of the picture- really good with just the right amount of spicey.For the most part, the service was okay, but you could tell the one employee was having a bad day or something and she was a little snippy with the customers.

I got a sub here yesterday, tasted amazing. The young lady that made it was very nice and polite. The one thing I gotta say though, subways prices are outrageous now. I got a chicken rancher sub (just the sub, no drink or chips) and it came to 16 dollars. I'm sorry but 16 dollars for one foot long sub is just plain wrong. Really makes me think about the old promo they had 5 dollar foot longs. Boy is that a thing of the past..
