I ordered over the phone my service was fantastic. Our food was ready on time and still hot when we had lunch. Thanks to AL for all your help over the phone to fix my order. I appreciate the wonderful service and great food from the Tillsonburg swiss chalet.
Chicken and sauce was great, but the cranberry sauce was canned and the dressing was only OK. Probably won’t bother with the Festive meal again. This was a takeout order, so many of the other questions don’t apply.
Kristen was an absolutely amazing waitress! She made our whole dining experience fantastic. Even though the restaurant was slammed and the food took a very long time, we did not mind as we could see just how hard Kristen was working. Her personality and kindness made everything perfect! Thank you Kristen!
