I placed an order online at 1125 for 12/noon pick up, not only had they not even started the order THEY WERENT EVEN AWARE of my order cause they hadn’t checked the system... I didn’t end up leaving until 1215, I miswell have just went in and ordered. I also have spent a good 25 minutes in the drive thru. They need adequate staffing and a manager who doesn’t stand around in his phone. This is ridiculous and unacceptable
Just enough beef on the Nachos Supreme Beefy to say it has beef. Very little cheese sauce too. We ordered an extra cheese sauce and it wasn’t queso, just warmed up Velveta. Staff were super.

Most of the tables were dirty not cleaned off at all employees seemed more interested in talking about going to smoke a joint on their 15 minute break than actually helping any customers that came in and when I asked for sauce it was another issue the lady gave me two packets I had to ask her three separate times for additional sauces.Parking: Just not a logical set up for backing out of the space as it's angled parking and you can't drive around the building.
