Went there and ordered a combo and a frosty, they removed my drink and replaced it with that said frosty, even though I said one combo AND one frosty they did that anyway, plus on the side was given dirty looks from 2 staff members. Didnt bother getting my drink and walked out cause I wasn’t gonna stand there and be looked at like I’m doing something bad. ?♀️

Like most fast food restaurants in timmins, customer service has taken a huge downward spiral. Partially cold fries, and when I told the cashier instead of saying sorry sir they say, "no sir they're fresh fries." As if programmed by A.I. Expect less these days, you'll be happier.
