Brought a cup for bringing your own cup day. The employee said it was fine and that we could only fill it up halfway, so we did that and the manager comes out and starts scolding me. He starts talking over me being disgusting and rude saying “oh it’s not a big deal”, but still continuing to scold me for it, even after the employee said it was alright. This is supposed to be a fun activity for all and we feel very discriminated by the manager here. Will definitely not be coming back. ?

The store was so well organized and clean. I was greeted by Ekta, who was so friendly and professional. She helped me in finding what I wanted to buy, cooked me fresh and hot pizza and also introduced me to 7-eleven's app to save more money and get points for all my purchase.Excellent experience in this branch.

I enjoy some of the staff, but the rest do not care about you as a customer at allI visit this 711 frequently and have had no problems with them because I came in to the store with Rollerblade before but all of a sudden one manager lady decides I'm not allowed in the store with Rollerblade because of the sign.I practice caution and carefulness the entire time in the store. The only accident I've ever had inside was spilling a big gulp by accident when me and the cashier fumbled, trying to rotate to the barcode. And that was in shoes, mind you.Rollerblades are not the issue of safety. it is the user behind them.I miss the old guy.Also, why are you charging $8 now for 2 bottles of pop when the other 711 stores still sell for 5.65 for 2 bottles. This place is overpriced lol

Ordered 3 items off of Uber Eats and they didn't have 2 of them in stock. So I ended up paying seven dollars for a small bottle of sparkling water. If you don't have your items in stock, then they shouldn't appear on the uber eats app because then I had to pay for the service fees. Unacceptable.

I wanted to write this review on seven eleven to show my utmost appreciation, My experiences there have been memorable and pleasant. The employees were always there to greet me with warm welcomes and were very helpful and patient. linesh, Ekta and Rupali would exchange conversations with me and are all-around kind and extraordinary people despite the work and many hours they are there. The place is always clean and organized, I never had to wait there long either because the staff is exceptionally fast. and as I'm a regular customer, linesh would give me the best hot chocolate in Canada. And I'm super happy that I registered for seven rewards! As I'm able to get discounted products, Thank you seven eleven for the amazing customer service it's nice to know that I always feel welcomed there.
