If this is the location on Dundas and Dovercourt, the man you have working there is extremely rude. This was on Tuesday March 15 at approx 11:30pm, asian looking man with a toque on. I watched him treat a woman horribly to the point I would not be surprised if she seeks legal counsel and sues! I watched her purchase a coffee and 2 packs of cigarettes. The man put the 2 packs of cigarettes on the counter and as the woman was looking out the window trying to make sure her dog was ok he put 1 pack back in the drawer. After paying she asked where the other pack was and he said she put it in her pocket. She said no she didn't that she paid for 2 packs. A police officer was in the store and the woman asked the police officer to check her and then your worker ran around the counter and proceeded to check her and feel her pockets and coat. Completely unacceptable. When he realized she only had 1 pack he tried saying she told him to put it back which she denied. He then went behind the counter and gave her the second pack. He then tried calling her a thief on top of it all!! She then demanded he apologized and he said he would keep an eye on her from there on. I am in literal disbelief at how horriblk of character. it was degrading how she was treated!! This is not the first time I have seen this man be rude with customers either. I'm not sure if he is manager or what but even the workers seem afraid of him. Horrible.
