I just want to leave a review about a certain person who works at this location. This girl has glasses and brown hair. I usually can understand if someone is having a bad day, it happens. Well had really amazing experience..Tonight I went to the branch and tried to claim my free birthday reward.But due to some issue my card did not gone thru. So keep me happy on My birthday the closing team guy gave me my order for free.. just loved his hospitality and service..Thank you buddy..

I ordered a drink and a fox sugar cookie. My drink came out first and I had to remind them to get me the cookie that literally already comes packaged. They made me wait 5 minutes then handed me a frozen cookie without the proper packaging and no expiry date sticker.Way to ruin my Starbucks experience.
