Quite possibly the slowest Starbucks this earth has ever seen. Severely understaffed and the staff prioritize online orders versus the actual people who are in the store. They should give you an ETA on your drink. This is the second time I’m here for over 25 minutes with only a couple of customers in the store. What a cluster!

My wife has told them the last 4 times that she's been in, that she has a heart condition and has ordered decaf, and 4 times she has been given drinks with caffeine. Staff are too busy talking to each other to care. Horrible, horrible place. SHE HAS A HEART CONDITION! THEY HAVE REPEATEDLY PUT HER IN DANGER! I would mark them lower if I could!

Awful . Paid for customized order but doesn’t taste like it should be in other locations. I always order the same recipe but this location just messed it up. The espresso tastes like water, old and disgusting. The cream foam tastes like it’s expired. So fk bad !!!

Awful location. I actually saw one of the staff members spat in the drink, for a customer that he didn’t like.MEAN STAFF! Constant delays with orders. Orders misplaced.

I ordered a drink and a fox sugar cookie. My drink came out first and I had to remind them to get me the cookie that literally already comes packaged. They made me wait 5 minutes then handed me a frozen cookie without the proper packaging and no expiry date sticker.Way to ruin my Starbucks experience.
