i absolutely LOVE their açaí, however, management should definitely invest a little more time on who they’re hiring. a couple weeks ago, i went to this location and was so disappointed when i arrived at 7:30pm and the store was closed, but the employee was still inside eating açaí while we were trying to call to check what was going on since we drove 30min to get açaí. it was not the first time i had that problem and, unfortunately, every time i go there the service is EXTREMELY slow. the same lady that was eating açaí while me and my friends were trying to buy it, was the same that weeks before took over 30 min to get me and my boyfriend’s order ready. there is an açaí place closer to my house than açaí concept, but i usually make the effort to go there, however, after my last experience, i’ll definitely give the other spot a shot :(

Worst place ever !!!! For the THIRD time i have come here they closed sooner than they're supost to and the lady employee aways closes 30 min before the time. Also she pretend to no see me or anyone at the door waiting for costumes service. I drove more then 30 min to get to the location, got there at 7h36 and the door was already closed.I also tried calling before arriving and the same lady didn't picked up the phone for a pickup order, 20 min before closing time. She said the reason was because she had to clean the machines, but looks pretty disgusting inside, and other things also i don't want to mention here !

I’ve been to Açaí Concept several times, but it was the first time at this specific location. The açai is always really tasty and fairly priced. However the clerk (an old man) at this location was EXTREMELY rude not only to my wife and friend, but also to his own staff, as we’ve unfortunately witnessed. The whole experience was quite unpleasant that I’m sure we won’t be coming back. We’d rather go to the Açai Concept location at Yonge St.

I really like the concept of their drink but think it could've been done better. The window advertising looked attractive with all the details of acai health benefits although inside I was confused as to how it was made.There was no description of the ingredients and wasn't given a clear answer.I was surprised to see M&M's and Oreos as a topping, just to pile it on something healthy?? Didn't make sense.I was given a tiny cup that was "9 oz".I didn't get much of the acai and dragon fruit puree, I think they just want to add more toppings to make the cup seem full.I think they'd be better if they had healthier toppings and more portion for the price.Honestly they just should've added the full cup with the smoothie and just toppings on top.

The best place ever! Acai is delicious, coxinha and brigadeiro have exactly the same taste like in Brazil. The store is cozy and customer service is kind and nice. If you see this review, do a favor to yourself try acai in this store.

Overpriced and EXTREMELY stingy with the toppings. I found much better quality acai and toppings at Imperfect Fresh Eats 2-3 minutes away for $4 less and MUCH more courteous staff.

I love this restaurant! They have marvelous dishes, their menu is nice, The chef in that spot is very experienced, I love very much tasting all their dishes. The dishes are consistently fresh, the service towards the customers is helpful. I go often to this place and I not even once was discontended. I recommend it to all my friends.

For me personally- these açai “cups” are way too sweet. I was introduced to açai bowls in Hawaii. I ate them every day. Once I was back, I’ve tried multiple locations. I find this one the sweetest one I’ve ever had.
