Absolutely loved it.Yeah it's a bit more expensive than other places but there's good reason for it.The beef is rib eye, so much better quality than other places, incredibly tender and a large amount.Noodles are the perfect amount of chewy, the owner told us that she buys the best quality japanese rice noodles for this.The broth is fantastic. Had the oxtail pho which was decent but not really worth the price in my opinion. Broth was flavourful, but the meat and noodles were mediocre. If the oxtail was more tender and juicy it would’ve elevated this bowl of pho immensely. I would come back and try the other dishes some other time.
