No standards. Sometimes you will get a normal meal, other times the onion rings will be burnt and the soda will be flat and the ice machine is broken. I seriously don’t understand, are they just leaving carbonated drinks out in the open? how do you get served a warm flat coke from a restaurant … I’ll be going to harvey’s around the block from now on.

Had items on the menu that's not physically available and doesn't say anything until the time of serving the order I asked what happened then there's an explanation without an apology. Frozen root beer on menu I specifically asked for frozen root beer but got a soda/pop ? Where is the frozen root beer? I asked and was told oh we don't have the space for it. The other two locations at Front street and another I don't remember has that option. It was hotter inside than outside of the restaurant (uncomfortable)

Went in on a cool day at the end of summer (it’s 22 degrees outside) and it’s unbearably hot inside. Luckily the weather outside was nice so I could eat outdoors instead but isn’t the whole point of a restaurant to create a space where people would way to come and eat? After my experience there I’ll be avoiding that location from now on. I don’t understand how they expect people to stay and eat hot food inside a restaurant that feels like a sauna. Staff moved extremely slowly, and I wasn’t surprised considering how overheated they must feel. Also, my drink was flat.

I visited this place yesterday for the first time. the food was delicious, it was amazing 10/10. also i got top notch service by ALISH. he was soo polite and he suggested me really good combo. I must say he is very nice employee. The restaurant was cleaned as well. overall, best burgers with best service.
Love A&W the chicken buddy burger extra pickles and mayo is so good with a legendary root beer!! Oh so good. Love this location1! Can find me hiding out here for sure. The staff is oh so kind and will always have me coming back Here for sure. Thanks guys!
