Simple visit with clear support.
The overnight team, especially the dude who dealt with me at 5am. INCREDIBLE. I made sure he wrote down his name

When you let one person supervise themselves they will be at the front on their phone then not wash their hands before putting on the food production gloves to make the burger which was warmed for 5 seconds on the flat top (not grilled) and then take of the gloves to put ketchup bare handed in the bag over the packed open burger and then not put on new gloves to finish packing the fries. I told him to because I didn’t want him to be touching the fries bare handed.
Burger patties shouldn’t taste stale. The cheese should’ve melted. That’s how burgers are supposed to be served.

I’ve been coming to this A&W for a long time, and I just wanted to say the new girl at the cash is awesome! She was super friendly and made my visit really nice. it’s great seeing new faces like hers keeping the good vibes going here.

Went in this morning for my morning cup of Java which was served by Cassandra with a most cheery disposition, beautiful smile and great conversation. Will be back!

When to get a mozza burger and fries and the were out of fries. They offered a substitution, but said they would up charge me. This is the last time I go to this location. The right thing would be offer the meal with the substitution with no up charge
