The food was very tasty and the service was excellent. The restaurant had a nice buzz and felt warm and inviting. We really enjoyed ourselves. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is because they charged us $3 for a tiny dish of hot sauce, a condiment, that went with the meal... after dropping quite a bit of cash, it takes away from the experience. It is clearly just a money grab and a real turn off.
Feeling like Asian fusion but want to step it up and turn it into a more upscale date without breaking the bank AND have great service? This is definitely an option. We got reservations on a Friday night, placed was packed and felt cozy. We tried a variety of small, mains and desert, paired with a nice glass of wine. Chef delivered one of our dishes, and whether by choice or not thought that was a nice gesture which added to our experience.
Fantastic restaurant with modern Asian cuisine that still manages to strike a fine balance between authenticity and contemporary. For 2, we ordered:

- nasi goreng
- duck leg vindaloo
- brulee nian gao
Everything was good and can't wait to come back to try other dishes.
