Always a good experience at Aria Ristorante, especially with the seafood options. The sea bream was excellent, and I highly recommend it. I also like their burrata and pasta/gnocchi. While the restaurant is pricier than similar establishments, it makes sense given the proximity to Scotiabank Arena. The service is usually on point, but it was very slow before one of the events we were going to, and we were a little late. The manager was very friendly and apologetic.

Good place. A little on a higher end price wise so you’d expect a little better food but it was still a good experience. Amazing service though.

We went for a family meal after a botched service at a different restaurant the night prior. We were greeted with warmth. The service was exceptional. The owners came over for a personal touch, and we got to chatting. My mother-in-law, who doesn’t have a lot of friends in Toronto, was greeted in her native tongue (Italian), and treated like family (as were we all). It was wonderful watching her reliving shared experiences with the owner (Elena), realizing we have common friends, bonding over delicious childhood favourite food, not feeling rushed to finish our dishes, and such a comfortable ambiance of plush cushions to sit on. As much as I put an emphasis on food, the hospitality at this beautiful spot is bar none. I can’t believe I waited so long to try this stunning cuisine. I truly felt like I was in Italy, living the European life style, sharing food with loved ones. If you haven’t tried Aria yet, this is your “poke button” to do so. You won’t regret it!

Service was slow and inefficient and we did not enjoy our food. Everything was off from the apps, to the mains including the wine and espresso. Would not recommend and would definitely not go back.
The mushroom ravioli was great! Service was slow and below average. I was not greeted when I showed up and I waited for a good ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged. Once seated, the server came after another ten minutes to ask for drinks and drink came after another fifteen minutes. I get that I went there on a busy night when the hockey game was being played. But, I would not come back again. Even if food is below average, service can make you feel special so you come back again.

Went at noon for a quick lunch. The owner said we had to be out by 1 which is fair except that the food didn’t arrive until 1240.
My friend had the branzino which she quite liked. I ordered what the waiter said was a burger and turned out to be a broken meat patty without a bun which was raw inside.
I sent it back, which I have never done in a restaurant before. The other thing I have never done, which I did, was leave no tip. Very disappointing.

We went on a Friday evening and it was a lovely experience, especially since no games were happening downtown. We practically had the restaurant to ourselves.
Marco was a great server, the branzino was delicious and you have to try the affogato.

Just asked to use the bathroom , owner was very condescending towards us and quite frankly rude , will never go back .
Owner and patrons at the bar laughed us out
My wife needed a bathroom to pee
Security guard admitted owner is rude to patrons you would think that being a good human would land you more business guess that doesn’t matter to you .

First and last time! Great location as it is close to Scotia arena. Restaurant itself is underwhelming at best. Definitely pricier than similar establishments, and for price..... food was mediocre. Service was shockingly poor, waiter seemed preoccupied with everything else but serving our table of 2 people. Struggled to get his (you know who you are) attention several times, even for basic of things....water and wine list! Omitted to be served items of our ordered meal and not so much as an apology afterwards or asked how our meal was otherwise. $300 tab later, paid and we left very disappointed in overall experience. Definitely not be recommending to others.
